Events Committee

ECAST's Events Committee works to plan, organize, and hold events relating to environmental and climate advocacy and education. Past events include a yearly Climate 101 Lecture Series and research symposium, X Fast Fashion (a clothing swap), movie screenings, climate advocacy trainings, climate strikes, and more.

Projects

ECAST projects allow interested students to gain hands-on experience fighting the climate crisis and making a difference in the environmental space. We've tabled to support Solar for All, conducted energy audits of buildings in Emory Village, advised companies about how to reduce their energy emissions, and taught an energy efficiency curriculum to local middle schoolers.
